MADRE X BUNDOBUST

Our mates at Bundobust are getting a little olé with a helping hand from Madre (naturally).

Our friends at Bundobust have brought back their nacho average Indian street food – Indo-Mexican menu, and this time, Madre’s crashing the party.

Introducing the Tikkadilla collab – think reloaded Naanchos: totopos and tikki poori with chaat masala spice, topped with salsa verde, curry leaf crema, tamarind, curry leaf oil, onion and coriander, finished with pickle masala.

Tikkadillas: corn tortillas filled with oyster mushrooms marinated in black salt, tamarind, lime and salsa negra, red tikka sauce and Oaxaca cheese. Finished with green salsa, served with a desi birria sauce on the side for dipping – plus a Mezcal-spiked Cashew Colada and Avocado Lassi to wash it all down.

Find this fiery little fling at both Bundo and Madre until Sunday 17 August, but be quick, it’s only around for a limited time.
